2026 Westnewton Culvert Project
****PROJECT WORK DEFERRED UNTIL NEXT FINANCIAL YEAR 2027/2028 ****
The existing Westnewton Culvert is damaged and needs to be replaced.
These works were planned to be carried out during Summer 2026 but these are curretly being deferred until next financial year.
The existing structure is currently on a 3-monthly monitoring schedule, so the Council will continue to keep an eye on the site in the meantime.
More information will be posted when this is shared with Cumberland Bridges Team.
